Small Business Lending Done Right

Are you a small business owner struggling to expand or compete? If you’ve been rejected based on credit or size, call SkyPass Capital and discover a better way to secure the capital you need. We’re an SBA-approved lender with options, a reputation and dedication to the small business community, and we’ll help you with property, equipment, expansion and more.

Expand

For most small businesses, growth is essential to survival. When you qualify for our small business loan, you may receive up to $1.25 million in annual cash that you can direct toward acquisition and expansion. Funds typically don’t exceed 80% of total costs, but we offer 15-year terms, full amortization and fully fixed rates. There’s no penalty to pay your loan off early, and you avoid stalling your business with a sudden balloon payment.

Purchase Property

Our SBA program extends to both non-conforming and single-use property. We can help you purchase, renovate or refinance a building or new construction project in any one of following categories:

  • Restaurant
  • Healthcare
  • Retail
  • Hospitality
  • Automotive
  • Service station
  • Convalescent
  • Daycare
  • Dry cleaning
  • Storage
  • Warehouse

Better still, borrowers can use SBA funds for machinery, tools, fleets and other necessary equipment. Rates are competitive, and flexibility is guaranteed.

Finance with 504 and 7(a)

We work with Certified Development Companies to provide solutions for small business owners with large-scale projects requiring up to $12 million in capital. Better still, you may borrow for up to 25 years. The 504 program offers 90% funding on land and buildings and 80% funding on equipment. All real estate must be partially owner occupied, and you must operate for profit in order to qualify. Furthermore, all 7(a) loan applicants must meet the specific size requirements established by the SBA.
